This is the hummus plate from Eddie George's Grille 27. I met my former project manager for lunch a while back and gave this a try. This is the fanciest plating for hummus that I have ever seen. Granted, I normally eat it out of a plastic tub. This was really good, but I've only had one bad hummus ever. I wasn't a big fan of the olives on the hummus, but the other veggies were good. The lemon was unnecessary, in my opinion.
Compared to store prices for hummus, this isn't badly priced. It's much cheaper to make at home. It's nice to have a good option so that I can join other people at restaurants.
