Chipotle Burrito Bowl

Chipotle is my favorite restaurant ever! It's a good thing I don't live in walking distance to a Chipotle or I would probably eat it several times per week. It's really easy to eat vegan at Chipotle. Avoid the obvious (meat, cheese and sour cream), the honey-vinaigrette dressing they use on the salads and the pinto beans (they're cooked in pork). Then voila, you're eating vegan.

On this visit, I got a burrito bowl because I like to mix everything together and then eat it. Other times, I get the burrito. The great thing about going veggie at Chipotle is that you get beans, fajita veggies and guac (and Chipotle's guac is AMAZING!). The guac is always extra on a meat burrito and you have to choose between beans and veggies. My burrito of choice is: rice, black beans, fajita veggies, tomato salsa, corn salsa, hot salsa, guac and lettuce. A side of chips and hot salsa is never a bad idea, either.

Chipotle is great because the vegan options are fantastic and omnivores love it, too! They recently raised their prices, but it's still a lot of good food for $6.
